Ben’s goal in life is to empower people to pursue the things they love. With over a decade of experience, Ben has helped hundreds of people along their fitness, nutrition, and wellness journeys.
As a nutrition & lifestyle coach, his aim is to help his clients make incremental, approachable changes to help his clients succeed in the long term.
Ben also works as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning, a world renowned facility just outside Boston which was previously named one of the top gyms in the nation by Women’s Health, and the #1 gym in America by Men’s Health.
He holds a BSc in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, is a certified nutrition coach with Precision Nutrition, and teaches around the globe as a fitness educator with Certified Functional Strength Coach.
