Nutrition isn’t always straightforward. Especially as a young athlete, with all of the conflicting information available online, it can be hard to recognize fact from fiction.

That’s where this program comes in.

10 Weeks to Better Fueling

At Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning, we know athletes. 

We also know all of the challenges that come with being a parent of a young athlete. Parents are often amazed by the things their athletes are capable of, balancing school, sports, and life. They may wonder: “Am I doing everything I can to support my kids?”

“Are they eating right? Are they eating enough? Are they getting enough sleep?”

We get it. That’s why this summer we’re offering a 10 week nutrition program for athletes.

Your Athlete Will:

Work with Coach Ben

The Program will be led by Ben Connolly, a veteran coach who has been with MBSC for over 7 years.

Ben has worked with hundreds of athletes, of all different levels. He knows the demands of being a student athlete, and aims to help them find balance while achieving their full portential.

He brings years of coaching experience, along with a plethora of knowledge in the areas of nutrition, sleep, stress and recovery. He holds multiple certifications from Precision Nutrition.

Regular check-ins from your coach in order to promote accountability

Coach Access

Access to an expert nutrition coach through the entire offseason

Live Calls

Weekly group calls with your coach to discuss progress and answer questions
