All sessions are done virtually over video call in the Momentum Nutrition app.
You can follow-up with your coach by messaging them directly on the Momentum Nutrition app! Your coach will get back to you within 24 hours, Monday-Friday.
No! We operate on a session-to-session basis. There is no long term commitment.
You will not receive a specific meal plan if you work with a Momentum coach. Momentum coaches are not Registered Dietitians, but instead are Certified Nutrition Coaches. They can help you select habit any lifestyle changes that can help you move towards your goals while fitting in with your life and needs. They cannot, however, tell you to “Eat ____ amount of ________”.
