All sessions are done virtually over video call on Zoom. You will receive a link to each call prior to it’s scheduled start time.
You can follow-up with your coach by messaging them directly on the Momentum Nutrition app! Your coach will get back to you within 48 hours, Monday-Friday.
Currently, the group is scheduled to meet every other Thursday at 7:00pm, starting on September 11 and running until November 20th.
Don’t sweat it! All of our lessons will be recorded, and available to watch afterwards.
Yes, our group coaching program operates in a 12-week long session format.
You will not receive a specific meal plan if you work with a Momentum coach. Momentum coaches are not Registered Dietitians, but instead are Certified Nutrition Coaches. They can help you select habit any lifestyle changes that can help you move towards your goals while fitting in with your life and needs. They cannot, however, tell you to “Eat ____ amount of ________”.

While this group session only lasts 12-weeks, that doesn’t need to be the end! Our group program will take a break for the holidays, but will return with another session early next year. In the meantime, we also offer one-on-one coaching for an even more personalized and flexible approach.
